Before joining ITC I supervised the adaptation of information and communication technologies to improve business processes and decision making capabilities, including the design and installation of accounting and reporting systems and e-commerce applications for several SMEs. Currently I am the programme administrator of ITC's e-Trade Bridge Programme for SMEs. I have a BSc. degree in Operations Management and an MBA degree from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill). My speciality is international business and finance.
