Abstract:

This is the final report of the Fair Access to Internet in Africa prepared by the LINK Center and Mike Jensen with consultation from Research ICT Africa! members for the International Development Research Center (IDRC) and the Open Society Initiative (OSI). The findings of this report were presented at the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS) in Geneva, December 2003.
