Chris Coward and the Center for Internet Studies at the University of Washington run this site to promote ICT4D in the framework of the University and/or higher education, to think about the role of this institution in the field of development by means of ICTs.

ICTlogy is a great resource. I’ve been using it alot. We’re trying to do a similar thing with UICT4D.org (BTW, I am a researcher at the CIS). It’s in testing now, but I’ll let you know when we’re ready to launch.

Yes, I contribute on wikipedia as much as I can… which is not a lot ;)
