This document contains the 2009 revisions to the OECD’s basket methodologies. These revisions reflect discussions at an expert meeting held in Barcelona on 25-26 June 2009 as well as subsequent written comments from governments and telecommunication operators. Governments and operators also provided data to assist in the process of making appropriate adjustments in the baskets. The Working Party on Communication Infrastructures and Services Policy (CISP) recommended, at its meeting in December 2009, forwarding the document to the Committee for Information, Computer and Communications Policy (ICCP) for declassification. The ICCP Committee agreed to make the document publicly available in March 2010.
