The PhD Student Network in ICT for Developing Regions

The network, PID (PhD students in ICT for Developing Regions), is an international PhD network for everyone in the field of ICT for developing regions. The network is created to support and facilitate networking and knowledge sharing.

The page dates from June 14th, 2006, so it’s still young, but the idea is thrilling, as it is the idea of organizing the Annual ICT4D Postgraduate Symposium at Royal Holloway. It is too a new field not to try to benefit from a community to help each other.
