Citizens Online is a national [UK] charity committed to researching and addressing the issues of Universal Internet Access and promoting digital inclusion. Our vision is "to make the benefits of digital technologies easy to access and usable by all, to promote a just and inclusive society".
They also publish statistics about access to and use of the Internet.
