The World Telecommunication Development Report (WTDR), first published for the World Telecommunication Development Conference in 1994, features trends in national, regional and international ICT development. The report explores a specific theme in each edition. Themes have included mobile communications, universal access and trade in telecommunications. In addition to the analysis, the report contains some 20 statistical tables providing comparisons between countries and regions. WTDR is widely recognized as the industry bible for both its analysis and statistics.
