What is the relative level of development of countries with respect to Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs)?
The following map illustrates ICT development, human development and urban population characteristics. Its distinctive feature is that two countries close on the map will have similar levels of the indicators. Two countries with very different characteristics will be far away from each other. The mini-panels below show the levels of each indicator on the map. Information from all the five indicators are efficiently summarized on bi-dimensional representation.
