McConnell International measured Jordan’s E-Readiness by establishing the status and progress of five interrelated attributes: Connectivity, E-Leadership, Information Security, Human Capital, and E-Business Climate.To determine each attribute’s rating, a dynamic evaluation of the relevant and accurate quantitative and qualitative data was analyzed, considering myriad cultural, institutional, and historical factors relevant to each country. In determining Jordan’s global position, McConnell International evaluated public and private information, interviewed more than 50 E-Readiness stakeholders in Jordan, and consulted with international experts.
