I’d like to share something my colleague Marc L髉ez said in a meeting last week:
“[the UOC’s e-learning model] is a learning model, not a teaching model. We make sure that the student learns, not that the teacher lectures”.
Besides whether the model is UOC’s or not, I think the point is that this is a pretty good definition on what means that e-learning is a student centered/managed learning model where the teacher’s role is but guiding and accompanying the student through his way to reaching knowledge.
