John Daly posts a link to the Report on study commissioned by the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) for the Regional Infrastructure Integration in South America Initiative (IIRSA).
My comment:
Well, I cannot read right now the 483 page document but, acording to John’s abstract I find no mention to Education in this ICT plan.
It is true there’s a place for content and services, but only this aimed to e-Government.
So, what about other kind of content and services? what about content transmission? knowledge transmission?
