Fabio Nascimbeni, born in Modena, Italy, in 1974, has a Degree in Economics, with an international business management bias. After a collaboration with SCIENTER - Research Centre in Training, Bologna, as a researcher, on UE financed projects on eLearning (VES, MENON, Multipalio, TRENDS), snce the year 2001 is collaborating with the MENON Network EEIG, Brussels, as Network Officer. In charge of business development, coordination of international working groups, policy advisory and strategic consultancy, he conducts research and management activities in the frame of a number of trans-national projects in the field of e-learning (namely ACTIVe, eWATCH, L-Change, DELOS, POLE, SEEQUEL, Valnet). He is managing the Intenational Stakeholders Component of the @LIS Programme in collaboration with the European Commission, for the cooperation of Europe and Latin America in the fields of e-learning, health, e-government and e-inclusion.
