The question still remains: "How will phones affect the poorest of all?" Will it give them more income? It's a different study to look at all the people than to look at the poorest segment. Clearly the result might be different if we ask a business man and also the educated section of the community. The issue is something that I have been questioning looking into people with very low income having mobile and even not willing to have very low cost mobile apparatuses. They think as if having a very modern mobile adds to their personality. But to correlate Mobile utilization with development, we should address as large part of the users community from different walks of life as we can!!
