		<description>It is bottom-and-up. The challenge is the ideology of so many in the middle is entrenched. In many cases they don&#039;t even have the vocabulary. Start at the bottom with the neighborhood assoc. or something like that. mesh together a number and things start to have weight and therefore recognition. It does have to start at the grassroots and then work with others who are curious with the vocabulary. be patient, the tech / social media savvy are a small (and growing) demographic.</description>
