Looking in detail at the profile of Spain, two of the categories in which Spain fares worse are: - Efectiveness of the ICT promotion policies - Role of ICT in the Government vision of the future Who can do anything about it (in practical terms, not only wishful thinking or gradiose wordings)? There is much more to say about the WEF rankings. Looking in detail at the profile of Spain, two of the categories in which Spain fares worse are:
